Race against time: could early aspirin boost stroke recovery?

Summary
This large study is testing if giving aspirin soon after a standard clot-busting treatment for stroke is safe and helps people recover better. It will involve over 1,100 stroke patients to see if this approach prevents the stroke from getting worse and improves long-term function. The goal is to find a better treatment strategy to help more stroke survivors regain their independence.
