Summary
This study is testing whether a gentle, non-invasive stimulation of a nerve in the ear can help improve the body's ability to process sugar and improve mood in adults with obesity and early signs of type 2 diabetes. It involves 70 participants who will receive the stimulation therapy. The goal is to see if this approach can help control blood sugar levels without medication.
