Ear zaps to tame arthritis? new device trial underway
NCT ID NCT06779123
Summary
This study is testing a new, non-invasive device that delivers gentle electrical pulses to a nerve in the ear. The goal is to see if this stimulation can reduce inflammation and control symptoms in people with moderate-to-severe rheumatoid arthritis who haven't responded well to standard medications. Participants will use the device at home for 12 weeks and be compared to a group using a sham device.
