Summary
This study looked at whether ear massage can help prevent or reduce constipation in people who had leg surgery. Constipation is a common problem after such surgeries. The researchers tested ear massage on 40 patients to see if it could help bowel movements return sooner. The goal was to find a simple, drug-free way to ease this uncomfortable side effect.
