Ear needles may speed kidney stone pain relief

Summary
This study tests whether adding ear acupressure to standard painkillers helps adults with kidney stone pain feel better faster. 116 adults aged 15-75 with moderate-to-severe pain will receive either real ear needles or fake tape plus an NSAID injection in the ER. Pain levels are tracked for 60 minutes. The goal is to see if this low-risk method provides quicker relief.
