Summary
This study tests whether taking essential amino acid supplements for two weeks before and three months after spinal surgery helps adults aged 40-65 recover better. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the supplement or a placebo. The goal is to see if the supplements improve muscle strength, body composition, and walking ability after surgery.
