Amino acid boost may speed up spine surgery recovery

Summary

This study tests whether taking essential amino acid supplements for two weeks before and three months after spinal surgery helps adults with spinal deformity recover better. Twenty participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the supplement or a placebo. The goal is to see if the supplement improves muscle strength, walking ability, and overall recovery.
