Summary
This study tested a program to help young men in rural Oklahoma—especially American Indian and gay or bisexual men—prevent HIV. The program offered at-home HIV tests, promoted condom use, and encouraged PrEP, a daily pill that prevents HIV. Researchers worked with community advisors to make the program easy to use and acceptable to local men.
