Summary
This study tests a virtual reality game called E-Emotio to help children aged 10 to 16 improve how they manage their emotions. The goal is to prevent anxiety and depression by making emotional control training fun and engaging. About 160 kids will either play the emotion-training VR games or relax in calming VR nature scenes for five weeks. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation skills.
