Summary
This study looked at whether smokers who want to cut back can switch to a special research e-cigarette. Over 12 weeks, 63 participants tried to reduce their regular cigarette use. Researchers tracked how many cigarettes they smoked, any health changes, and how well they liked the e-cigarette.
