Sit smart, hurt less: new chair study targets back pain

Summary
This study tests whether using a dynamic office chair can lower lower back pain and improve overall well-being in office workers. About 20 adults who develop back pain during a workday will try the chair for several weeks. Researchers will measure pain and mental fatigue before and after work to see if the chair helps.
