First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests whether using a dynamic office chair (one that moves as you sit) can reduce lower back pain and improve mental well-being in office workers. Twenty adults who develop back pain during a workday will try the chair for several weeks. Researchers will measure pain levels before and after work to see if the chair helps.
