Summary
This study is testing a one-time intravenous infusion of stem cells and exosomes from donated umbilical cord blood in 100 adults with chronic mechanical lower back pain. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and can reduce pain and improve function compared to a placebo (saline). Participants will be followed for 6 months, and those who initially receive placebo may later get the active treatment.
