Summary
This study tested a set of exercises called dynamic neuromuscular stabilization in 20 adults who had low back pain for at least six months. The goal was to see if these exercises could reduce pain, improve posture, and enhance daily life. Participants did the exercises and researchers measured changes using pain scales, posture checks, and quality-of-life surveys.
