Summary
This study tests a treatment plan that adjusts based on each patient's frailty level for elderly people newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma. The goal is to see if tailoring therapy can improve response rates and reduce treatment side effects. About 131 participants aged 65 and older will receive a combination of drugs, including daratumumab, with doses adapted to their fitness status.
