Summary
This early-phase trial tested the safety of a drug called duvelisib when given with either romidepsin or bortezomib for people with T-cell lymphoma that had come back or stopped responding to treatment. The study involved 114 adults and aimed to find the safest dose. While not a cure, it explores a new way to control this hard-to-treat cancer.
