First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, duvelisib and venetoclax, in people with relapsed or hard-to-treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or Richter's Syndrome. The goal is to see if the combo can shrink or control the cancer. About 55 adults who have already tried at least one other treatment are taking part. This is an early-phase study, so it focuses on safety and how well the treatment works.
