New drug combo shows promise for rare skin cancers

Summary
This early-stage trial tests a combination of two drugs, duvelisib and nivolumab, in adults with advanced mycosis fungoides or Sézary syndrome (types of skin lymphoma). The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose and see how well the drugs work together. Participants must have tried at least one prior treatment.
