New drug combo targets rare skin cancers in early trial

Summary
This early-phase trial tests a combination of two drugs, duvelisib and nivolumab, in adults with advanced mycosis fungoides or Sézary syndrome (types of skin lymphoma). The goal is to find the best dose and check safety and possible benefits. About 38 people who have already tried at least one other treatment will take part.
