New hope for ulcerative colitis: Long-Term drug trial launches

Summary
This study tests a drug called duvakitug in people with moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis who have already responded to treatment. The goal is to see if duvakitug can help maintain remission over many weeks. About 671 adults will take either the drug or a placebo, with follow-up lasting up to 5 years.
