First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests a new medicine called duvakitug for people with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis. Participants who already responded to duvakitug in an earlier study will continue treatment for up to 5 years to see if it safely maintains remission. The goal is to control the disease long-term, not cure it.
