First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tested whether adding immunotherapy drugs (durvalumab with or without tremelimumab) to standard chemotherapy before surgery is safe and feasible for people with advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. About 69 participants received these treatments before and after surgery. The main goal was to check for side effects and see if the approach is practical for future larger studies.
