New combo therapy targets tough bile duct cancer

Summary
This study tests a new treatment for a type of bile duct cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The treatment combines a heat-based procedure (radiofrequency ablation) with an immunotherapy drug (durvalumab) and chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this combination helps people live longer. About 42 adults with this cancer will take part.
