New combo therapy targets tough bile duct cancer

Summary
This study tests a new treatment for a type of bile duct cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 42 adults will receive a combination of a heat-based procedure (radiofrequency ablation) to clear blocked bile ducts, followed by chemotherapy plus an immunotherapy drug (durvalumab). The goal is to see if this approach helps people live longer and slows cancer growth.
