New patch for brain lining repair under Real-World watch

Summary
This study is tracking how well a collagen patch called DuraMatrix-Onlay Plus works for repairing the tough outer covering of the brain (the dura mater). About 118 people who need this patch during surgery will be followed to see if they need a second operation or have any complications. The goal is to make sure the patch is safe and effective in everyday medical use.
