Summary
This study is tracking how well a collagen patch called DuraMatrix-Onlay Plus works when used to repair the dura mater, the tough outer layer covering the brain and spinal cord. About 118 people who need this patch during surgery will be followed to see if they need a second operation or have any complications. The goal is to make sure the patch is safe and effective in everyday medical use.
