Summary
This study follows 40 adults with moderate-to-severe prurigo nodularis who are starting dupilumab, a targeted therapy. Researchers will track how well the drug reduces itching and skin lesions over time, and also study changes in the immune system and skin tissue. The goal is to understand why dupilumab works and how to personalize treatment for each patient.
