Summary
This study tests the safety and processing of dupilumab in 18 children and teens (6 months to under 18 years) with prurigo nodularis, a condition causing very itchy skin bumps. Participants receive the drug for 24 weeks and are monitored for side effects and how the drug moves through the body. The goal is to see if dupilumab can help ease symptoms in younger patients.
