Summary
This study tests a drug called dupilumab in 18 children and teens (6 months to under 18 years) with prurigo nodularis, a skin condition causing very itchy bumps. The main goal is to see how the drug moves through the body and if it is safe. Participants receive the drug for 24 weeks and are followed for 16 more weeks.
