Summary
This study tests if dupilumab can help children aged 6 to 17 with moderate to severe alopecia areata, a condition causing patchy hair loss. About 76 kids will receive either the drug or a placebo for 48 weeks, followed by an open-label phase. The goal is to see if the treatment can regrow scalp hair and control the disease over time.
