Summary
This study tested the drug dupilumab in 25 adults with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps that standard treatments couldn't control. Participants received injections for up to 52 weeks. The main goal was to see if polyp size shrank by at least 1 point on a 0-8 scale after 24 weeks. The study also tracked safety and other improvements.
