Summary
This study tested the drug dupilumab in 25 adults with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps that were not well controlled by other treatments. Participants received injections of dupilumab for up to 52 weeks. The main goal was to see if the drug could shrink nasal polyps and improve symptoms. Results showed that many patients had significant polyp reduction by week 24.
