Summary
This study looks at whether dupilumab, an approved asthma drug, can reduce allergic reactions in adults with house dust mite asthma. Participants will be exposed to dust mites in a special chamber to measure changes in their nasal and blood gene activity. The trial involves 88 adults aged 18 to 65 and aims to understand how the drug works at a molecular level.
