Summary
This early study tested the drug dupilumab in 9 adults with moderate to severe chronic itching caused by liver disease. The goal was to see if it could reduce itch intensity. Participants rated their worst itch daily on a 0-10 scale before and after treatment. Results are exploratory and need larger studies to confirm.
