Summary
This study tested a drug called dupilumab in Japanese children aged 6 months to 18 years with moderate-to-severe eczema that was not controlled by standard treatments. Participants received either dupilumab or a placebo, along with topical steroids, for 16 weeks. The goal was to see if dupilumab could improve skin symptoms and itching more than placebo.
