First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tested whether adding dupilumab (an injectable drug) to standard steroid creams can better control eczema in Japanese children aged 6 months to 18 years whose eczema was not helped by existing treatments. The trial involved 62 participants and lasted 16 weeks. The main goal was to see if the combination improved skin symptoms by at least 75% compared to steroids alone.
