Summary
This study is testing whether dupilumab, an injectable medication, can improve how well the lungs clear mucus in people with moderate to severe asthma. About 30 adults will receive either dupilumab or a placebo for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug helps the lungs remove mucus more effectively, which could improve breathing and asthma control.
