Could a simple balloon tweak make heart valve replacements last longer?

Summary
This study looks at whether routinely using a balloon to expand a new heart valve a second time (post-dilatation) helps it work better and last longer. About 146 people with severe aortic stenosis getting a TAVI procedure will take part. The goal is to see if this extra step improves valve shape and blood flow without added risks.
