Summary
This early-stage study tests a new oral cholera vaccine called DuoChol in 60 healthy adults aged 18 to 45 in Sweden. Participants will receive either DuoChol or an existing cholera vaccine to compare safety and immune response. The goal is to gather initial data for future studies in areas where cholera is common.
