Summary
This study tests if duloxetine, a medication, can reduce low back pain in people who didn't get better with standard NSAIDs. About 120 adults visiting the emergency room for back pain will receive either duloxetine or a placebo. The goal is to see if duloxetine can prevent pain from becoming long-lasting.
