First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving two hormone injections (hCG and GnRH agonist) before transferring a frozen embryo can improve the chance of pregnancy. About 170 women aged 24-45 undergoing a modified natural cycle IVF will be randomly assigned to receive either the dual trigger or standard care. The main goal is to see if the dual trigger leads to a positive pregnancy test two weeks after transfer.
