First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a type of training that mixes mental tasks with physical exercises can help healthy women aged 65 and older improve their balance, walking, and overall well-being. 75 women in China took part in 12 weeks of training, with some doing the combined mental-physical exercises and others doing standard physical training. The goal was to see if this approach reduces fall risk and enhances quality of life.
