NCT ID NCT07163039

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looks at whether doing physical and mental tasks at the same time (dual-task training) can improve thinking skills in people with mild Alzheimer's disease. Sixty older adults will be split into two groups: one doing dual-task training and the other doing regular exercise, both for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure attention, memory, and quality of life before and after the program to see if the combined training works better.
