First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether doing physical and mental tasks at the same time (like walking while solving puzzles) can improve thinking and memory in people with mild Alzheimer's. Sixty older adults will be split into two groups: one doing dual-task training and the other doing regular exercise, both for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure attention, processing speed, and quality of life before and after the program.
