Summary
This study looked at how combining physical and mental exercises (dual-task training) affects thinking and movement in people who had ACL surgery. Participants did either combined or separate training twice a week for 10 weeks. The goal was to see if the type of training changes cognitive performance, physical skills, and motivation.
