Summary
This study tested whether a special exercise program that combines physical and mental tasks (dual-task training) can improve balance and reduce falls in people with Parkinson's disease. Sixty adults with early-to-moderate Parkinson's took part in 20 sessions over two months. The goal was to see if this approach works better than standard rehabilitation for improving balance, daily function, and quality of life.
