New drug combo aims to tackle Hard-to-Treat ovarian cancer

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug, DT2216, combined with the chemotherapy paclitaxel in people whose ovarian cancer has returned and is resistant to platinum-based treatments. The main goal is to find the safest dose of DT2216 when given with paclitaxel. About 30 participants will be enrolled to monitor side effects and determine the best dose for future studies.
