New drug combo targets rare childhood cancer

Summary
This study tests two chemotherapy drugs, lurbinectedin and irinotecan, in 20 patients aged 15 and older with advanced DSRCT that cannot be surgically removed. The goal is to shrink or control the tumor and track side effects. An optional genetic analysis will help researchers understand the tumor better.
