NCT ID NCT07545954
First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests whether adding the experimental drug DSP-0390 to the immunotherapy atezolizumab can safely help keep extensive stage small cell lung cancer under control after initial chemotherapy and immunotherapy. About 20 adults whose cancer did not worsen during first-line treatment will receive the combination as maintenance therapy. The main goal is to check safety and side effects, with a secondary look at how well the cancer responds.
