Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new drug called DS9051b in people with advanced adrenocortical carcinoma (a rare adrenal gland cancer) or metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and find the right dose. About 40 adults will take part, and the study is currently recruiting.
